Ultra Sound

We went to Nashville for the ultrasound today, everything looks good. And it's a GIRL!!!!! Like I knew. We are very happy about this news, and went out and bought our first baby outfit to celebrate.

I have started back!!!!

It has been awhile but morning sickness kicked my butt. Yesterday Did the prego workout, then went for a 5 mile bike ride with sis. It's good to be back, I felt like such a looser.

Pos Preg Test

Well We had a positive prego test on 8/11/08. I am still gonna stay at the fit. But lucky for me I get to add another workout to my choices of the day. hee hee pays to be knocked up. We are very happy about this news, and hope that everything goes well. See yall on Sunday.... Did the prego workout today went well. Don't know exact time was 9.something min.

I am in the 200 Club!!!!!!!!

Woohhhoooo I got 200 lbs. on the Dead Lift. You know I am all about the club.... BAM!!!!

Back to the Grind

Yesterday was a well needed rest day. My body was aching so bad. Felt like the cross fit fairy came and beat me with a 2x4.
But we live to suffer another day....

Joining the Blogging Club

I have Finally started THE FIT!!!!! Only took about 3 yrs in the making. Hope to live up to the standards of my Sister the Crossfit Queen. And to follow in the footsteps of my Idol Nat, who always has perfect form.
